By using VlessMarket, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use. This platform acts as a marketplace between buyers and sellers of Vless configurations. VlessMarket does not assume direct responsibility for the content provided by sellers.
1. General Terms
- Use of VlessMarket is permitted only for lawful purposes.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older, or use the service under parental/legal guardian supervision.
- Registration and login are handled via Telegram authentication. The security of your Telegram account is your responsibility.
- Each user is responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Using the service for hacking, DDoS attacks, network scanning, or any form of cyberattack.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Sending spam or unsolicited content.
- Circumventing the platform's security systems or those of other users.
- Unauthorized sale or transfer of account access.
- Any activity that violates the laws of the user's country of residence.
3. Wallet & Payments
- Wallet top-ups are made using USDT on the BSC (BEP20) network.
- Funds sent to the wrong address or via the wrong network (e.g., ERC20) cannot be recovered.
- Deposited funds are credited after blockchain confirmation (typically 1–10 minutes).
- Withdrawals may take up to 72 business hours; support handles emergencies manually.
- Network (Gas) fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
- Minimum withdrawal is $1 and maximum is $200 per transaction.
- VlessMarket reserves the right to delay payments pending investigation of suspicious activity.
4. Refunds
- Refunds for completed purchases and activated configs are generally not accepted.
- If a platform-side technical issue has caused harm to the user, the matter will be reviewed and refunded upon confirmation.
- Refund requests must be submitted via Telegram support.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
- VlessMarket may suspend or ban accounts without prior notice in case of policy violation.
- If a suspension is deemed justified, any remaining balance may be returned at support's discretion.
- Fraudulent activity will result in permanent ban and potential legal action.
6. Changes to Terms
- VlessMarket reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
- Changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
